Rob is a multi-instrumentalist, singer/songwriter, composer, founder/leader of the band “duquette” and music educator. He played with Jonathan Edwards touring band for years, performed alongside Jack Sonni of Dire Straits, recorded and shared the stage with the Grammy winning Dave Gutter, and with legendary composer David Amram among many other great artists including his current bandmates John Kumnick and Randy Roos.
Rob has released several albums of original music on which he played most of the instruments, recorded, and produced in his studio.
Accompanied by his wife, Amanda Duquette it has been said that "This husband-and-wife duo are a powerhouse of sound. Their performances are filled with heartfelt harmonies, rhythmic grooves, and a chemistry on stage that comes from sharing both music and life."

A skilled music instructor, composer, and arranger, his work reflects the versatility and eclectic musical range that has brought him and his music around the country. Rob has performed alongside Jack Sonni of Dire Straits, recorded and shared the stage with the Grammy winning Dave Gutter, and with legendary composer David Amram among many other great artists including his current bandmates. Rob has released several albums of original music on which he plays most of the instruments, recorded, and produced from his studio in Biddeford Maine.

Professional dancer and choreographer, singer and songwriter, she has performed internationally as a solo artist and activist. Amanda adds backing vocals and lyrical dance interpretation to the duquette music experience.
Amanda is the creatress of the non-profit Music and Magic of Maine, gifting musical instruments and creative opportunities to families in Maine since 2009.
